Field Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Transaction Processing & Execution

• Complete forex transactions from initiation to closure, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Hand over foreign currency to customers at designated locations as per booking details
• Collect Indian Rupees (INR) from customers as per transaction requirements
• Issue proper receipts and invoices for all transactions conducted

Documentation & Compliance

• Collect all required KYC documents from customers (PAN card, Aadhaar, passport, visa, etc.)
• Verify authenticity and completeness of submitted documents
• Ensure all transaction paperwork is properly filled, signed, and stamped
• Maintain accurate records of all field transactions and deliveries
• Submit daily reports of transactions completed and documents collected

Customer Service

• Coordinate with customers to schedule convenient delivery times and locations
• Provide excellent customer service during field visits
• Ensure professional conduct and company representation during all customer interactions

Operations Support

• Coordinate with back-office team for transaction processing and approvals
• Handle cash and foreign currency with utmost security and responsibility
• Report any discrepancies or issues immediately to supervisors

Note: Candidates with Two Wheeler and valid driving license are preferred
