Field Marketing Executive

• Product Promotion and Education: Visiting garages and customer sites to explain the benefits and proper fitment of Fleetguard products.
• Customer Relationship Management: Establishing a single point of contact and developing strong relationships with customers across all departments.
• Sales and Demand Generation: Meeting with distributors and their customers (transporters with large fleets) to generate demand for products, particularly those related to new technologies like DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) systems.
• Training and Support: Ensuring customers receive proper training on the products and explaining operation "Do's and Don'ts" to actual users.
• Market Intelligence: Staying updated on industry trends and competitor products to provide informed recommendations and gather customer pain points for the design team.
• Reporting: Collecting business sales data and potentially preparing reports for management review.
