#Pinelabs is hiring in distribution vertical for Chennai

Interview Type Telephone

Daily Routine:

·    Attend morning huddle/agenda specific call if any

·    Reach market i.e first store by 11 am.

·    In store discussion about business, new initiatives, troubleshooting, check POS terminal.

·    Customer handling if required

·    Count of daily store visit depend on total number of stores in his/her portfolio.

·    Store training of newly onboarded stores

·    Refresher training of existing stores on requirement basis

·    Mandatorily fill up store visit form after each visit

·    Day ends at 8-9 pm. (Bike Need)

Profile Classification:

Education Qualification & Experience

Graduate/Diploma/10+2 with 6 months -2 years of work exp

Salary Model : 23000 K NTH + 10K incentive earning potential per month

Compensation + Incentive

Travel Allowances

Rs 1000 -Rs 3000 per month depends on store count and distance
