Field Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market building materials such as aggregates, blocks, M-Sand, P-Sand, or related construction products
• Identify and develop new clients including contractors, builders, and real estate developers
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners
• Coordinate with sales teams to support lead generation and conversions
• Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and client meetings
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and marketing materials
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and construction-related events
• Collect customer feedback and support after-sales coordination

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of construction materials and industry practices
• Ability to work in the field and visit construction sites
• Basic understanding of B2B marketing and sales processes
