Job Description: Field Marketing Executive (Lift & Motor Industry)

Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Field Marketing Executive to strengthen our presence in the lift and motor industry. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the sales team with market insights and customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of industrial products, be comfortable with field visits, and have the ability to connect with builders, contractors, architects, facility managers, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Development & Lead Generation

Identify and approach potential customers such as builders, real estate developers, contractors, facility managers, and OEM partners.

Conduct field visits to project sites, offices, and distributors to generate qualified leads.

Maintain a database of prospects and ensure continuous follow-up.

2. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and channel partners.

Provide product details, technical brochures, and coordinate with the sales/technical team for queries.

Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support and follow-up.

3. Sales & Technical Support

Assist the sales team in achieving business targets by supplying leads and contacts.

Support in technical discussions and coordinate product presentations as needed.

Liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.

4. Market Research & Reporting

Gather intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and strategies.

Report customer requirements, ongoing projects, and emerging opportunities to management.

Provide regular updates on field activities, leads generated, and market conditions.
