Job Description – Field Recruiter (Executive / Senior Executive) Department Business / HR – Field Recruitment

Location- T Nagar (Chennai) (Handling multiple sites)

Role Summary We are looking for a dynamic Field Recruiter with strong ground-level hiring experience to support bulk and volume recruitment across NCR locations. The role involves managing end-to-end field hiring activities, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely closure of manpower requirements for frontline positions.

• Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end field recruitment for NCR sites
• Handle bulk/volume hiring, especially blue-collar roles
• Conduct and manage walk-in drives at various locations
• Hire for frontline positions such as Commis, Chefs, Stewards, etc.
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments and site teams
• Ensure on-time delivery of hiring targets
• Maintain recruitment data, reports, and hiring metrics
• Travel frequently across assigned locations as per business needs
• Candidate Requirements Ground-level recruitment experience is mandatory
• Strong experience in bulk/volume hiring, including blue-collar workforce
• Prior experience hiring for hospitality / food / QSR roles
• Background in HR / Hiring / Field Recruitment preferred
• Experience handling walk-in interviews and hiring drives
• Good logical and analytical skills
• Communication Skills:

• Senior Executive: Slightly above-average communication required
• Leadership skills not required
• Experience Criteria: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
