Job Description: 

Key responsibilities

·        Conduct field visits to recruit blue-collar workers, such as Associate, Picker, Packer, delivery bikers.

·        Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews.

·        Handle documentation and joining formalities for new hires.

·        Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.

·        Monitor new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.

Qualifications and skills

·        Minimum 12th or Degree graduate preferred 6 Months to 4 Years of experience in Recruitment.

·        Experience in field recruitment, specifically with blue-collar hiring.

·        Experience in Associate Hiring, Blue colour hiring, biker or delivery rider hiring is a plus.

·        Owning a bike is usually preferred for field activities. 

·        Location Chennai (Padur, Sholinganallur, Tambaram, Perumbakkam, Navallur, Velachery, Medavakkam, Mambakkam, Vadapalani)
