Job Description
Field HR Recruiter (Chennai) for HR consultancy co at Chennai
Salary: Maximum 20 K PM + Incentive + Travelling allowance
Recruit candidates for FMCG, building materials, and other product companies
Meet candidates in the field/marketplaces across Chennai
Source, screen, and convince candidates to apply
Arrange interviews and follow up with candidates till finalization
Daily travel within Chennai city required.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of HR/recruitment experience in the field.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with fieldwork and travel
- Knowledge of Chennai markets a plus
