Field Recruiter

• Key Responsibilities
• 1. On-Ground Sourcing & Mobilization
• Conduct daily field visits to labor nakas, industrial areas (MIDCs/Gidcs), and residential pockets where blue-collar workers reside.
• Organize and execute mass recruitment drives and "Canopy Activities" at strategic locations near factory gates.
• Build a network with local community leaders, NGOs, and Gram Panchayats to source rural labor for large-scale requirements.
• 2. Institutional Tie-ups (Highly Skilled Focus)
• Liaise with ITIs and Diploma Colleges to source skilled talent like CNC Operators, Welders, Electricians, and Fitters.
• Coordinate "Campus-to-Corporate" drives for fresh technical apprentices.
• 3. Screening & Onboarding Support
• Conduct initial spot-screening (verifying age, physical fitness, basic technical knowledge, and Aadhaar/Bank documentation).
• Ensure candidates reach the client’s factory for the final interview/joining. Note: In blue-collar hiring, "Drop-outs" between selection and joining are high; the Field Recruiter must "hand-hold" the candidate until day one.
• 4. Database Management & Reporting
• Maintain a "live" pipeline of available workers categorized by skill level.
• Provide daily reports on the number of "Footfalls" vs. "Selections."

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years in field recruitment, bulk hiring, or frontline sales (FMCG/Telecom).
• Language: Must be fluent in the local language and Hindi to build trust with workers.
• Travel: Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel 40–50 km daily within industrial zones.
