🚨 We Are Hiring – Field Recruiter 🚨
Role: Field Recruiter
Work Type: 100% Field Work
Job Responsibility:
• Visit field locations
• Identify, screen & onboard delivery partners for Swiggy
• Complete basic documentation and coordination
Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month
Incentives: Up to ₹5,000/month (Performance-based)
Mandatory Requirements:
✔ Bike
✔ Valid Driving License
✔ Willingness to work on-field
Preferred:
• Good communication skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment/field sales
