Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit assigned locations to identify and recruit suitable candidates
  • Conduct face-to-face interviews and initial screening
  • Source candidates through field visits, referrals, and local networks
  • Coordinate with HR team for interview scheduling and onboarding
  • Maintain daily reports of candidate data and recruitment activities
  • Build strong relationships with local contacts, consultants, and institutions
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions
  • Explain job roles, salary, and company policies to candidates

  • Requirements:

  • Any Graduate / Diploma
  • 0–3 years experience in recruitment or field-related roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel locally
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / mobile apps
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

  • Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in bulk hiring / blue-collar recruitment
  • Knowledge of local areas and languages
  • Good convincing and negotiation skills
