Field Recruiter

Supervise and lead warehouse associates in daily tasks (receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, inventory).

Assign workloads and monitor performance to ensure daily targets are met.

Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of materials.

Maintain accurate inventory records and support regular stock audits.

Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth order flow.

Monitor warehouse equipment usage and report any maintenance requirements.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and 5S standards.

Train new team members on processes, SOPs, and safety guidelines.

Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns when required.

Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with the management team.
