Field Recruiter

• Source candidates for delivery, loader, picker, and warehouse roles
• Conduct field visits to identify and onboard associates
• Coordinate with operations and HR for joining and onboarding process
• Maintain daily recruitment tracker
• Ensure timely closures as per client requirements
• Handle end-to-end attendance, onboarding, and documentation for warehouse staff
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for daily manpower updates
• Manage employee grievances and absenteeism follow-ups
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and shift schedules
• Maintain records of joiners, leavers, and performance data

Requirements:

• Should be willing to work from warehouse site
• Basic Excel knowledge required
• Must have two-wheeler with valid license
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Experience in bulk / blue-collar hiring preferred
