Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates through field visits and local references

Conducting initial screening and interviews

Coordinating with candidates for joining

Meeting daily/weekly hiring targets

Maintaining recruitment reports

Requirements:

Good communication skills

Willing to travel locally

Two-wheeler mandatory

Basic knowledge of MS Excel

Salary & Benefits:

₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month
