Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage relationships with building owners, facility managers, consultants, and contractors
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the lift lifecycle (installation, AMC, modernization)
- Ensure timely execution of service contracts and adherence to safety and quality standards
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and escalations related to elevator performance and maintenance
- Coordinate with service engineers, operations, and sales teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Monitor service KPIs such as uptime, breakdowns, response time, and customer satisfaction
- Support contract renewals, upgrades, and cross-selling of modernization solutions
- Conduct regular site visits and client review meetings
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety norms, and company policies
