Field Sales And Collection Executive

Role Summary:

• The Field Sales & Collection Executive will be responsible for on-ground sales, marketing activities, and cheque/payment collections across assigned Chennai locations.
• The role requires independence, route familiarity, and strong relationship-building skills

KRA: Task / Activities:

• Visit assigned areas (ECR / OMR / Tambaram) for field sales and marketing activities
• Collect Cheques and payments from customers, retailers, and distributors
• Promote company products, schemes, and offers in the market·  
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships·  
• Coordinate with internal teams for collections, follow-ups, and updates· 
• Submit daily activity, sales, and collection reports· 
• Ensure proper handling and timely submission of collected cheques 

KPI: Performance Metrics:

•  Number of productive field visits per day·  
• Collection efficiency and on-time cheque submission·  
• Customer relationship maintenance·  
• Accuracy and consistency in daily reporting·  
• Market coverage and feedback quality 

Required Skills/Preferred skills:

• Field sales / marketing / collection experience·  
• Familiarity with Chennai routes (ECR / OMR / Tambaram)·  
• Basic understanding of cheque handling and collections· 
• Ability to work independently in the field· 
• Two-wheeler with valid license preferred·  
• Experience in FMCG / distribution / wholesale·  
• Prior cheque and payment collection exposure.
