Field Sales Executive – SaaS ProductThe Field Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s SaaS products, including HRMS and people performance systems, by visiting industrial zones and business hubs in and around Chennai. The role involves identifying potential clients, conducting product presentations, and converting leads into customers through direct field engagement.

🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesVisit industrial areas and generate new business opportunities

• Promote SaaS products (eg: HRMS & Performance System, crm, erp) to decision-makers
• Conduct product demos and explain value proposition
• Generate and manage leads through field activity
• Maintain daily reporting of visits, meetings, and follow-ups
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal team for onboarding and support

🔹 Key RequirementsExperience in field sales / B2B sales preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
• Ability to understand and explain software solutions
• Willingness to travel locally
