Job Description
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in commercial and industrial sectors.
- Conduct field visits to offices, factories, schools, hospitals, and IT companies.
- Promote and sell Online UPS, Inverter, and Battery solutions.
- Explain product features, provide technical clarity, and give basic demonstrations.
- Understand customer power requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations and follow up for order confirmation.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
- Coordinate with service and technical team for installation and after-sales support.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update lead status in CRM.
- 🔹 Requirements:Minimum 1–3 years experience in Field Sales (Electrical / UPS / Industrial products preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory.
- Willing to travel within Chennai and nearby areas.
- Basic technical knowledge of UPS / Batteries is an added advantage.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
