Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Agarbathi / FMCG Channel Sales

Experience Required: more than 5 years (FMCG channel sales preferred)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to expand market presence for our agarbathi brand. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales through distributors and retail channels, developing new markets, and strengthening relationships with retailers and channel partners. Experience in FMCG and pooja product sales is highly preferred.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate sales through distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets.
• Visit retail shops regularly to ensure product availability and visibility.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
• Identify potential markets and appoint new distributors.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Ensure proper product placement, branding, and merchandising at retail outlets.
• Coordinate with distributors for order collection, stock movement, and payments.
• Submit daily sales reports and market feedback to management.
• Expand brand presence in general trade and FMCG channels.
• Required Skills & Qualifications minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG field sales.
• Experience in agarbathi, pooja products, or related category preferred.
• Strong knowledge of distributor and retail channel sales.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively for field work.
• Target-oriented with strong market development ability.
• Basic reporting and sales tracking skills.
• Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in incense sticks / pooja products industry.
• Existing market contacts with distributors or retailers.
• Strong understanding of local FMCG market dynamics.
