Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Metro Card

Location: Bangalore

Salary: ₹15,000 per month + Incentives (if applicable)

Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Sales Executives to promote and sell Metro Cards. The role involves field sales, engaging with potential customers, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

-Promote and sell Metro Cards to individuals and businesses.

-Approach and engage with customers at metro stations, public areas, and designated points.

-Explain product features, benefits, and usage of Metro Cards.

-Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

-Maintain records of sales and customer feedback.

-Ensure excellent customer service and resolve basic customer queries.

Requirements:

-Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred).

-Prior experience in sales/Fresher, field marketing, or customer service is an advantage.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

-Comfortable with field sales and outdoor activities.
