Job Description

Designation: Retail Field Sales Executive

Purpose:

To drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing customer relationships.

Key Result areas:

·        Achieve or exceed sales targets, expand existing customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities.

·        Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

·        Accurately forecast sales performance, manage sales lead pipeline, and ensure a steady flow of sales opportunities.

·        Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products/services, and effectively demonstrate their value to customers.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identify their needs, and provide solutions to meet those needs.

·        Gather and analyze market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.

Enablers:

·        Sell company products / services to targeted customers in the assigned area of the branch

·        Attend all enquiry calls with in TAT

·        Generating Own leads by way of Door-to-Door activity & through Cold calls in the assigned area

·        Submitting daily call reports to reporting manager

·        Conducting weekly BTL activity through Kiosk activity / Leafleting / Boucher Distribution etc.

·        Conducting & participating in on Ground activity / Group activity to counter competition

·        Generating sales from Low Utilized Element within the assigned area to maximize capacity utilization
