Junior Field Sales Executive - Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Field Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services directly to potential customers, building relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role offers the opportunity for career growth and hands-on experience in the field, while contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Generation:

  • Identify and prospect new customers in assigned territory or market.
  • Actively engage with potential clients through in-person visits, phone calls, and other outreach methods.
  • Present and promote products or services to customers, emphasizing key features and benefits.
  • Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and after-sale.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
  1. Market Research & Reporting:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Gather feedback from clients to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.
  1. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other members of the sales team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other team activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align efforts and enhance product visibility.
  1. Travel:

  • Travel within assigned region to meet clients, attend events, and conduct business.
  • Manage time effectively to cover assigned sales areas and maximize productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Proven interest in sales and customer relationship management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (if applicable).
  • Previous experience in a sales role (preferred but not required).
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
