Field Sales Executive

Identify & Onboard: Proactively search for new hardware dealers, industrial suppliers, and construction material retailers to join the Mtandt network.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealers to ensure consistent sales growth.

Product Demonstrations: Conduct live demos of our Telescopic and Multi-purpose ladders, highlighting safety, load capacity (150KG), and material quality (6063 Aluminum).

Market Expansion: Meet daily field visit targets and achieve monthly dealer acquisition and sales quotas.

Branding: Ensure Mtandt’s visibility through the placement of brochures, posters, and in-store displays.

Reporting: Use mobile tools to provide daily updates on sales visits, market feedback, and competitor activities.
