Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Generate leads and follow up with potential customers
• Present, promote, and sell company products or services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve results
• Basic computer skills (CRM tools, email, MS Office, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
