Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Role Overview:

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building relationships with clients, and expanding market presence for the company’s products or services. This role involves regular travel to client locations, engaging in direct sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers in assigned territory and generate new business opportunities.
• Visit clients and prospects to promote company products and services.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective field sales activities.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
• Collect and relay feedback from clients to the sales manager.
• Maintain accurate records of sales visits, client meetings, and follow-up actions.
• Resolve customer queries and provide timely service.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams for order processing and after-sales support.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum education: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel within designated territory
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented
• Prior experience in field sales, B2B/B2C sales, or related areas is preferred (freshers may also apply)
• Local language proficiency an advantage
