Field Sales Executive

Role Overview

This is a pure field sales role.

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for finding potential customers, explaining solutions, and converting enquiries into confirmed sales through regular site visits.

This role suits candidates who:

Products You Will Be Selling

1) RO Water Purifiers (Domestic & Commercial)

2) Water Softeners

3) Descalers

4) Pressure / Booster Pumps

5) Solar Energy Solutions (Residential / Small commercial)

6) School Notebooks & Institutional Supplies

Key Responsibilities

1) Conduct daily field visits in assigned areas

a) Identify potential customers in:

i) Individual houses

ii) Apartments

iii) Schools & colleges

iv) Offices & small commercial establishments

v) Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products

vi) Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly

vii) Generate enquiries and convert them into sales

b) Coordinate with internal team for:

i) Quotations

ii) Order confirmation

iii) Installation / delivery follow-ups

c) Maintain basic records of:

i) Leads generated

ii) Site visits

iii) Orders closed

iv) Achieve monthly sales targets

v) Maintain professional behavior with customers at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications

1) Comfortable with door-to-door / site-based sales

2) Ability to communicate clearly in Tamil (English is an advantage)

3) Basic understanding of selling, follow-ups, and negotiation

4) Two-wheeler preferred for local travel

5) Willingness to work outdoors and travel within Chennai

6) Honest, disciplined, and target-oriented
