Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive sales of our fresh frozen food products by acquiring new customers and managing existing accounts. The role involves on-ground sales, distributor coordination, and ensuring strong market presence across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new clients such as retail stores, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, cloud kitchens, and distributors
• Promote and sell fresh frozen food products in assigned areas
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build strong relationships with customers and distributors
• Maintain daily sales reports and visit records

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in frozen foods, dairy, FMCG, or HoReCa segment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Basic knowledge of cold chain or frozen products is an advantage
• Must own a two-wheeler with valid license
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
