Field Sales Executive

We are hiring Field Sales Executives to build and manage a delivery partner fleet by sourcing, convincing, and onboarding candidates through field activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential candidates in assigned areas
• Generate leads through field visits, references, and local activations
• Explain job details, earnings, and benefits clearly
• Assist candidates in registration, documentation, and onboarding
• Ensure weekly joining targets are achieved
• Maintain data of leads, follow-ups, and conversions

Requirements:

• Comfortable with field work and travel
• Target-oriented mindset
• Good communication skills (local language required)
• Sales/recruitment experience is a must
