Job Description
We are hiring Field Sales Officers for leading banking products including Savings & Current Accounts (CASA), Insurance, and Loans. The role involves field visits, customer acquisition, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers for CASA, Insurance, and Loan products
- Conduct field sales activities and direct customer visits
- Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria
- Complete KYC and documentation as per banking norms
- Achieve daily and monthly targets
- Follow up with customers for account activation and disbursement
Eligibility
- Any Graduate
- 0–2 years experience in Banking Field Sales
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply
