Field Sales Representative

Job Summary:We are looking for a Field Sales Representative to visit customers, generate leads, and increase sales in the Chennai area. The role involves fieldwork, customer meetings, and achieving monthly sales targets.

• Roles & Responsibilities:Visit customers and dealers in assigned areas
• Promote company products/services
• Generate new leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Collect payments and follow up on pending dues
• Prepare daily sales and visit reports
• Conduct market surveys and report competitor activities
• Required Skills:Good communication skills (Tamil & basic English)
• Convincing and negotiation skills
• Willingness to work in the field
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
• Ability to achieve targets
• Other Requirements:Two-wheeler mandatory
• Valid driving license
• Knowledge of Chennai local areas
• Salary:Fixed salary
• Travel allowance
