Job Details

We are seeking highly motivated, target-driven Field Sales Representatives to drive the adoption of our retail software and payment solutions across India. This is a high-energy, on-the-ground field role focused on acquiring new Small and Medium Business (SMB) clients and ensuring their successful onboarding. The ideal candidate is a hustler and a go-getter, ready to work on the ground to bring local businesses into the ShelfPerks and coconut Bills network.


Job Type: Full-time, Permanent


Big Cities: Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Ahmedabad


Other Cities/Terrioties: Madurai, Coimbatore, Tirunelveli, Trichy, Kochi, Mangaluru, Hubli/Dharwad, Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Vadodara, Surat, Aizawl, Nagaland


Experience: 0-4 years (freshers with exceptional communication and drive are encouraged to apply)


Joining: Immediate


Salary Package

Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹14,300 - ₹43,500+ per month (with sales commission)

Fixed Pay: ₹8,000 - ₹15,000 per month (depends on experience and location)

Performance Commission: ₹2800 - ₹25,000+/month (uncapped with clear earning structure) 

Travel Allowance: Up to ₹3,000/month 

Mobile Reimbursement: Up to ₹500/month

  • Complete store management software with:
  • Computerized billing system with UPI, Credit card payments
  • Stock management and barcode printing
  • Sales reports and business analytics
  • Customer database management
  • Website for online sales

  • GST billing and tax reports
  • Self-checkout machine option
  • Supplier and expense tracking
  • Works on all platforms & phones


2. coconut Bills

  • Simple billing app for small businesses:
  • GST-ready invoices
  • Daily sales tracking
  • Works on all platforms & phones


Your Daily Work

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and acquire new clients such as kirana stores, service business, shops, salons and cafes
  • Extensive cold calling and door-to-door visits
  • Local networking and finding potential customers
  • Meet minimum 15-20 business owners per day
  • Keep track of all leads and follow up until they buy

Product Promotion & Demonstration

  • Clearly explain the features, benefits and plans of ShelfPerks and coconut Bills app
  • Show live demos
  • Effectively demonstrate the value of modern retail management and payment solutions
  • Understand their business problems and suggest the right solution
  • Answer their questions and close the sale

Client Acquisition & Target Achievement

  • Conduct daily in-person meetings with decision-makers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Ensure consistent business growth within assigned territory
  • Visit market areas and shopping districts regularly
  • Attend business meetings and events

Reporting & CRM

  • Log all meetings and sales activities in real-time in our system
  • Submit daily morning, end of the day and weekly reports to manager
  • Enter all meeting details immediately
  • Collect documents from new customers
  • Work with office team for installation and payments

Relationship Management

  • Ensure timely registration and renewal
  • Build long-term customer relationships
  • Get repeat business and referrals from happy customers
  • Provide after-sales support


Who Can Apply

Education

  • Minimum Graduate degree (or +2 / PUC with experience)
  • Any degree or diploma is fine

Experience

  • 0-4 years of proven experience in field sales, business development, or similar acquisition-based role
  • Sales experience preferred
  • People from retail software, payments, delivery services, field sales jobs will be given preference

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasive abilities
  • Street-smart, target-driven and self-motivated mentality
  • Can work alone without constant supervision
  • Comfortable with extensive field visits and travel
  • Can use smartphone and willing to learn technology products

  • Basic understanding of digital and social media marketing
  • Know about retail shop operations
  • Know about GST and billing
  • Have sold software or technology before
