Key Responsibilities:

Installation of wide-format printers (eco-solvent, UV, sublimation, textile, etc.) at customer sites

Perform troubleshooting and repair for mechanical, electrical, or software issues

Conduct preventive maintenance and service checks to minimize equipment downtime

Provide basic training to customers post-installation on usage, maintenance, and safety

Maintain service logs, reports, and warranty claim records

Coordinate with internal teams for parts, warranty processing, and remote diagnostics

Ensure customer satisfaction and act as the technical point of contact

Travel to client locations across metro and tier-2 cities as required

Requirements:

Diploma / ITI in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields

2 -5 years of experience (freshers with technical aptitude can apply)

Basic understanding of electronics, motors, or PC connectivity
