Field Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Field Supervisor to manage the labor force at the site, maintain work quality, and ensure the smooth execution of daily operations!

🔑Key Responsibilities:

•Manage daily labor attendance and work operations at the site.

•Guide and supervise the labor team.

•Generate daily reports on work progress and provide updates to the office.

•Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

•Maintain coordination with the client.

Ensure the proper utilization of materials and tools.

•Resolve problems and handle urgent issues

🎯 Requirements:

•Minimum 1–3 years experience (industrial / manpower field preferred)

•Basic communication skills (Hindi / Tamil / English)

•Leadership and team handling skills

•Be ready to travel to the site

•Smartphone use and basic reporting knowledge

💰 Salary & Benefits:

•Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 (according to experience)

•Overtime / Incentives (if applicable)

•Travel allowance (if provided)
