Qualification: ITI/Diploma/Any Degree
Experience: 1+ Year Experience
Skills: Installation, Configuration & Repair of PCs, Printers & Photocopiers. Troubleshooting & Networking and AIDC
Job Description:
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer/partner hardware and software problems of ID card printers.
- Arranging services (online/offline/field) for clients to resolve ID card printer technical issues.
- Responsible for supporting the sales team in showing product demos, training, and managing after-sales support.
- Provide after-sales technical support to customers/partners through telephone, remotely, and, if required, by visiting them. Ability to work independently.
