Ratna Cafe is looking for a strong Finance Controller to streamline financial systems, ensure accurate bookkeeping, and drive profitability through structured financial planning and MIS reporting.

* Full ownership of monthly P&L

* Ensure accurate bookkeeping and financial discipline

* Cash flow forecasting & working capital management

* Food cost & margin analysis

* Budget vs actual variance analysis

* Vendor reconciliation & payment planning

* Structured Monthly MIS for management decision-making

📊 What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Maintaining clean and audit-ready books

• Monitoring Food Cost %, Prime Cost & EBITDA

• Identifying cost leakages and improving margins

• Building 4–8 week rolling cash flow forecasts

• Presenting financial insights to leadership

🎓 Ideal Candidate Profile

✔ B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance

✔ 5–8 years experience

✔ Prior F&B / Retail / Hospitality experience preferred

✔ Strong P&L and MIS handling experience

✔ Advanced Excel skills

✔ Experience managing ₹10 Cr+ turnover business

CA Inter is a plus, but practical experience matters more.
