Finance Manager

Finance Manager oversees an organization’s financial health, operations, and strategic planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Key responsibilities involve preparing financial reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing financial risk, and providing insights to senior management to optimize profitability. 

Key Responsibilities and Duties:Tally is must

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Develop budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term business plans.
• Reporting & Compliance: Produce accurate financial reports, statements, and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Cash Flow & Risk Management: Monitor cash flow to meet financial obligations and analyze risks to mitigate financial exposure.
• Team Leadership: Supervise the accounting and finance team, ensuring accurate, timely reporting.
• Strategic Advisory: Advise executives on cost-reduction, investment opportunities, and financial performance improvements.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with auditors, bankers, and vendors. 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Experience: Proven experience as a financial manager, analyst, or in a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.
• Core Competencies: Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statistics, and data analysis.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
