Identify the clients’ fitness level and healthOversee completion of exercise routines
Track clients’ physical progressModify exercise plans based on needs, potential injuries or health issuesConduct individual and group fitness training sessionsAdopt a holistic training approach (e.g. cardiovascular exercise, strength)Oversee the use of fitness equipment to ensure clients exercise properly and safelyHandle nutrition and health-related questionsRefer to and promote fitness packages and plansCarry out First Aid and CPR if neededFollow safety and hygiene guidelines
