Location: Madipakkam, Chennai

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience) + Attractive Incentives

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months OF EXPERIENCE preferred

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Fitness Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic experience in fitness training, be energetic, and capable of guiding clients toward achieving their fitness goals. Incentive opportunities are available based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess clients’ fitness levels and health conditions
• Design personalized workout and training programs
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct posture and technique
• Monitor client progress and modify plans as needed
• Motivate and guide clients to achieve fitness goals
• Ensure safety and prevent injuries during workouts
• Maintain cleanliness and proper use of gym equipment
• Conduct group fitness sessions if required
• Follow gym rules, hygiene, and safety standards

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Fitness Trainer or relevant field preferred
• Certification in fitness training (preferred but not mandatory)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for fitness and helping others
• Ability to handle clients professionally
