Fitness Trainer

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess clients’ fitness levels and health conditions
• Design personalized workout and training programs
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct posture and technique
• Monitor client progress and modify plans as needed
• Motivate and guide clients to achieve fitness goals
• Ensure safety and prevent injuries during workouts
• Maintain cleanliness and proper use of gym equipment
• Conduct group fitness sessions if required
• Follow gym rules, hygiene, and safety standards
