About the team

Fleet Management

What you can look forward to as Sales Fleet Management & Business Development:

• Identifying largest truck and bus fleets in the Subregion
• Identifying fleet profile and building strong relationships with the fleets
• Increasing ZF branded product deliveries to the fleets by coordinating between Service and the fleets
• Identifying and reporting development needs in the P & Service networks for the locations where large fleets are located.
• Increasing the penetration of ZF Remanant parts to those fleets.
  
  

Your Profile as Fleet Management & Business Development:

• Increasing the penetration of ZF Retro fitment parts to those fleets.
• Achieving targeted fleet activities for the key fleets in the Subregion.
• Monitoring fleet management of competitor’s business:  - Fleet size and types  - Identifying ZF share as % in these fleets and reporting competition activities.
• Identifying collaboration opportunities by creating product showcase to the fleets for ZF products in vehicle procurement tenders.
• Building business cases and reporting by having the Product and Service Division inputs.
