Role SummaryTo deliver warm, courteous and efficient service to all guests, ensuring that Savera Hotel standards are consistently maintained and every guest enjoys a pleasant dining experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests, escort to tables, and present menus politely.
• Take food & beverage orders accurately and enter into POS.
• Serve food and drinks professionally, following service sequence.
• Ensure tables are clean, set, and ready at all times.
• Check guest satisfaction and respond to requests promptly.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and stewarding teams.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards of Savera Hotel.
• Assist with restaurant setup, closing.
• Upsell menu items, specials, and promotions.
• Handle billing and payment procedures correctly.

Qualifications & Skills Experience in hotel or restaurant service preferred (4-star standard).

• Good communication skills; polite and guest-focused attitude.
• Well-groomed, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of POS and billing.
• Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Education Hotel Management / F&B training preferred (freshers also considered).
