Job Description
Qualification:B.Sc / M.Sc / Diploma in Food Technology / Food Science
Experience:1–4 years in Snacks / FMCG food manufacturing (Freshers with relevant exposure may apply)
- Key Responsibilities:Support new snack product development (formulation, trials, SOPs)
- Improve existing snack products for taste, cost & shelf life
- Maintain inventory of raw materials, packaging & finished goods
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO, stock control & wastage reduction
- Handle FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, GMP certifications & renewals
- Maintain documentation, audit support & compliance records
- Coordinate with production, QA & purchase teams
- Skills Required:Knowledge of snack processing & food safety
- Familiar with FSSAI regulations
- Inventory & documentation skills
- MS Excel / ERP knowledge preferred
