Job Description

  • Conduct pre-formulation studies and excipient compatibility studies.
  • Perform lab-scale and pilot-scale trials.
  • Troubleshoot formulation and process-related issues.
  • Develop and optimize formulations
  • Prepare and maintain formulation development reports, protocols, and data records. .
  • Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks and raw data as per GLP.
  • Coordinate with Analytical R&D for method development and validation.
  • Initiate and monitor stability studies
  • Interpret stability data and recommend formulation improvements.
  • Stay updated with latest formulation technologies and industry trends.
  • Propose innovative formulation approaches and cost optimization strategies.
