Franchise Manager

Location: Chennai (Primary)

Region: Southern India

Travel: PAN India (Extensive Travel Required)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Franchise Manager / Store Manager to oversee franchise operations, drive business growth, and maintain brand standards across multiple locations. The role is based in Chennai with responsibility across Southern India and requires frequent travel across PAN India.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, SOPs, and visual merchandising standards
• Conduct regular store visits and audits across Southern India and PAN India
• Identify new franchise opportunities and assist in expansion planning
• Provide training and operational support to franchise staff
• Handle inventory management, stock planning, and replenishment
• Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports
• Resolve operational issues and maintain strong franchise relationships
• Manage and support franchise partners to ensure smooth store operations

RequirementsExperience:

• Minimum 3–6 years in retail/franchise/store management
• Strong understanding of retail operations and franchise business models
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across India
• Ability to manage multiple stores and stakeholders
