Job Description:

Candidate should have French communication skills (written and verbal)

• Must possess French certification (B1/B2/C1/C2/BA/MA French)
• Experience: Must have experience in fields like Application Support / Application Monitoring / L1 support for Application
• Candidate should understand customer issue and take action as per SOP or route it to appropriate team
• Ticket Creation / Categorization / Prioritization
• Provide first level resolutions based on SOP
• Education: Computer Engineering IT / BCA / BSc Computer
• Shift Window – 24/7
• Working days – Monday to Sunday
• Week offs – Rotational
