We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Hotel Management Freshers to join our hospitality team. The candidate will assist in day-to-day hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage service, and guest relations, ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in front office operations such as check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness and cleanliness
• Support food & beverage service operations (restaurant, banquet, room service)
• Handle guest complaints politely and escalate when required
• Maintain hotel standards, hygiene, and safety protocols
• Assist senior staff in daily operational activities
• Ensure guest satisfaction and service excellence
