Job Description
We are looking for a Front Desk Executive to manage client services, front office operations, and basic administrative work at our spa.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and handle walk-in & phone inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
- Explain spa services, packages, and promotions
- Process payments (cash/card) and issue receipts
- Handle petty cash and daily reconciliation
- Manage staff attendance and basic records
- Support offline marketing activities (flyers, local promotions, referrals)
- Promote services, upsell packages, memberships & gift vouchers
- Coordinate with therapists and manage client flow
- Manage inventory of products and vouchers
- Maintain front desk organization, cleanliness, and client satisfaction
