Responsibilities Act as a spokesperson for the SPA and the Brand Work with Promotion, advertising, and public relations as required. Supervise and Manager a team of therapists and support staff Daily supervision and coordination of bookings. Prepare Customer, therapist, and support staff scheduling. Ensure monthly inventory is managed efficiently and data is accurate Submit Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports to Partners. Reports to include, Therapist performance, Schedule Performance, Booking performance, Business performance, treatment performance and audits. Assist in the recruitment, development and training of all Therapist and support staff Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures. Should possess excellent Customer Handling skills and manage queries. Gain knowledge of company health and safety policies and ensure your areas promote and comply with them
