  • Job Responsibilities:Welcome and attend patients at the reception
  • Schedule and manage appointments
  • Handle phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries
  • Generate bills and collect payments
  • Maintain patient records and daily reports
  • Coordinate with doctors and therapists for smooth patient flow
  • Ensure reception area is clean and presentable
  • Requirements:Good communication skills (Tamil & English)
