As a Customer Service Executive in a Laptop Store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients purchasing or inquiring about laptops and related accessories. Your primary focus will be on assisting customers, answering their queries, and ensuring a positive buying experience. You will work closely with the sales team, technical support staff, and other store personnel to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities: 1.
